Information you will need to provide:

• Name
• Telephone number(s)
• E-mail addresses
• Certification information (including chair certification where chairs are needed)

The Assigner will notify those umpires assigned to an event asap, but please note that the assigner may not have a final confirmation for a club’s need until a few days (or less) prior to an event. Always contact the event’s Assigner for up to the minute information.

Verify with the Assigner on report time as it may change from the original, depending on the size of the draw.
